Rushton Conservation Center | 915 Delchester Road, Newtown Square
History
The Rushton Conservation Center (RCC) driveway wraps around the Rushton Rain Garden, planted in 2018. Designed by Johnathan Alderson Landscape Architects, this garden features a variety of perennials, grasses, and woody plants carefully selected for their ability to withstand wet soils to help mitigate the stormwater runoff created by the paved driveway.
The Rushton Conservation Center Rain Garden was made possible by the generosity of Lida A. Wright.
