IF WILLISTOWN CONSERVATION TRUST (WCT) CANCELS AN EVENT | WCT may cancel events due to inclement weather or low registration. If an event is canceled, we will notify you of the rescheduled event date, and you will receive a full refund.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO AN EVENT | If your cancellation is at least 72 hours in advance of the event date, you will receive a full refund. Please email events@wctrust.org or call 610-353-2562 to cancel. If your cancellation is less than 72 hours' notice and you DO NOT attend the paid event, your event registration fee will support the Trust's mission to save open space and connect people to nature.
ACCESS Program Information | The ACCESS Program provides $2 admission to over 85 cultural sites throughout Greater Philadelphia and Delaware for individuals receiving public assistance for food or medical benefits, as well as individuals who self-identify as having a disability. If you are interested in using your ACCESS card/membership to attend an event, please contact land@wctrust.org with your inquiry.
