Thanks to our partnership with the Chester County Community Foundation through our Willistown Conservation Trust Endowment Fund, there are many planned giving options available to you:
One of the simplest planned gifts is naming the Trust as a beneficiary in your will, IRA, qualified retirement plan, or life insurance policy. This option is revocable and will not affect your current finances, but will create a lasting impact on your community as well as the future of the natural world in Willistown.

Other planned giving options may offer income tax deductions and potential gift or estate tax benefits:
- Charitable Lead Trusts: Give annually now to the Trust for a specified time period of your choosing up to 20 years, and preserve principal for a future generation.
- Charitable Gift Annuities or Charitable Remainder Trusts: Future giving to the Trust and a life income to you or a designated beneficiary now.
- Outright Gifts such as a contribution to the Trust’s Endowment Fund, a life insurance policy, or a gift of real estate.
