SOLD OUT Field-to-Feast Demonstration Dinner with Chef Donna Laveran

Chef Donna Laveran of Lazy Susan Kitchen returns to help us prepare for the holidays and incorporate local winter produce. We will gather around the Rushton Conservation Center’s kitchen bar to follow Donna through the preparation of a locally sourced holiday-focused menu. 

MENU | We are building the menu around available produce from Rushton Farm and other local farms’ harvests, so get ready for three hearty, nutritious courses, plus a look at the backgrounds of these featured farms and producers.

This is a BYOB event, and seating is limited to 13 people.
