Chef Donna Laveran of Lazy Susan Kitchen returns to Rushton Farm for a late-spring three-course demonstration dinner. We will gather around the Rushton Conservation Center’s kitchen bar to follow Donna through the preparation of a locally sourced, farm-fresh menu. We will also have the opportunity to tour Rushton Farm’s fields and hear about what is coming up for the farm’s 16th season!

MENU | We are building the menu around available produce from Rushton Farm and other local farms’ harvests, so get ready for three hearty, nutritious courses, plus an in-depth look at the backgrounds of these featured farms and producers. 

This is a BYOB event, and seating is limited to 13 people.
