Field-to-Feast Dinner with Malvern Buttery

The Malvern Buttery brings their creativity back to Rushton Farm and the Rushton Conservation Center for an early summer, Latin American, multi course dinner overlooking the farm. The Buttery’s team is working hard to create an original and seasonal menu for guests to enjoy. You can count on the menu featuring loads of local and fresh ingredients, including produce straight from the fields of Rushton Farm!  The full menu will be shared by email 10 days before the dinner. Dietary preferences and restrictions will be considered, but may not be able to be accommodated. Please email events@wctrust.org directly with menu questions.
