Grab your date and join us for a night to celebrate our love for local farms! Chef John Alff of Vesta Kitchen has built his entire catering and prepared food business by sourcing ingredients from local PA farms. John is stepping out of his new Pottstown market into the Rushton Conservation Center kitchen to prepare a multi-course dinner filled with love and flavor straight from the fields.

This three-course menu will allow you to experience the flavors of three Romance language regions — Portugal, Spain, and France — with menu items sourced from our own “backyard” in Lancaster and Chester Counties. 


First Course

Portuguese Petiscos (or tapas) — shared plates including cured meats, pickled vegetables, crispy potatoes, and fried croquettes


Valencian Paella — prepared in one great big pan, just like in Spain! Featuring meats from Neighbours Farmstead and Lindenhof Farm


Cranberry Nonnettes — French Gingerbread Cakes served with Carrot Ginger Ice Cream

We will confirm menu details and a suggested wine pairing the week before the event. Due to fluctuations in farm production, there may be substitutions made to the menu. of menu ingredients. This dinner is a BYOB event and is limited to 30 guests.
