The Malvern Buttery team returns to Rushton Farm and the Rushton Conservation Center for a special Summer Solstice-inspired feast that you don’t want to miss! The evening will begin with a scenic walk through Rushton Farm as the sun sets. Afterward, we’ll return to the Rushton Conservation Center for a farm-fresh dinner featuring local and fresh ingredients, including produce straight from the fields of Rushton Farm.

MENU

The Malvern Buttery’s culinary team is building a robust family-style menu prepared over an outdoor open fire. The menu will include Tomahawk Ribeye Steak, Salmon, seasonal fire-roasted vegetables, fresh bread, and dessert (and more!). A final menu will be published as the early summer harvest approaches!

DETAILS

– The chefs will be preparing dinner over an outdoor open fire. Due to the need for good weather conditions, this dinner may be postponed or canceled if the weather does not cooperate for the evening. 

– This will be an intimate dining experience around two community tables overlooking the farm. Seating is limited to 30 guests.

– Please wear comfortable attire for outdoor dining and a stroll through Rushton Farm’s fields.
