Pennsylvania ACCESS/EBT Cardholders, and Art-Reach ACCESS Cardholders may receive $2 admission for the cardholder and up to 3 guests. This discount may not be valid for special events/exhibits, sold out events, or combined with other discount offers. About Art-Reach
Art-Reach creates, advocates for, and expands accessible opportunities in the arts so the full spectrum of society is served. Art-Reach is a team of disabled and non-disabled advocates, educators, artists, and allies working to make the arts an inclusive space for the disabled, led by the disabled. We believe everyone should have the chance to engage with the arts. We seek to understand the intersectional relationship between disability, race, and poverty as we strive to learn from the lived experiences of our community to create lasting change.
About ACCESS
The ACCESS Program is a community initiative developed by Art-Reach to make arts and cultural spaces more accessible and affordable. The ACCESS Program provides $2 admission to over 85 cultural sites throughout Greater Philadelphia and Delaware for individuals receiving public assistance for food or medical benefits, as well as individuals who self-identify as having a disability.
How it Works
• Pennsylvania ACCESS/EBT Cardholders = and Delaware EBT Cardholders can use their cards to visit participating locations in their home state for $2. The cardholder can bring up to 3 guests for $2 as well.
• Individuals who do not qualify for a state issued card but identify as having a disability may purchase an Art-Reach ACCESS Card, which is an annual membership that allows the cardholder to visit all participating ACCESS sites, regardless of which state they live in.
• The cardholder must be present to receive the discount, and show valid photo ID with their ACCESS Card. Minors are not required to show ID.
• Individuals may visit the Art-Reach website at www.art-reach.org/access for more information about the cards that qualify, a list of participating sites, and information about the Art-Reach ACCESS Card.

Art-Reach ACCESS Cards
Art-Reach offers a physical ACCESS Card as well as a digital ACCESS Card that can be stored in the IPhone Apple Wallet or Google Pay App.
