Sarah Barker

Sarah is majoring in Biology at Drexel University, focusing on evolution, ecology, and genomics. Before joining us, she spent six months working at Tern Water, a water quality startup, as a water chemistry research and lab assistant, and another six months at Polysciences as a quality control chemist. Now, as a Watershed Protection Program Co-op, her duties include assisting with sample collection, maintaining equipment, gathering and entering data, performing laboratory analyses, and helping with educational outreach. When she’s not studying local ecology and land use effects on the environment, Sarah enjoys singing, writing, doing arts and crafts, and spending time with her two cats.
