Field-to-Feast | Five Farms Dinner with Chef Donna Laveran

As winter winds down we are looking ahead to longer days and the promise of another beautiful growing season in our region. If you need some fresh ideas as winter winds down, and are ready for more vibrant spring flavors, this dinner is for you! Donna Laveran of Lazy Susan Kitchen returns to Rushton for a demonstration dinner, introducing new cooking techniques and menu ideas during the changing of the seasons.

We will gather around the Rushton Conservation Center’s kitchen bar to follow Donna through the preparation of a locally sourced menu. You will be seated at backless bar stools, and the dinner is limited to 12 people. This is a BYO event, and soft drinks will be provided. 

MENU | We are building the menu around available produce local farms in and around Chester County. We will feature five farms in our region and share a bit about the farmers, what they grow, and their practices. The menu will be issued 7-14 days prior to the dinner. We will do our best to accommodate menu restrictions and requests.
