Rushton Farm Field-to-Feast Dinner

This program was so popular, we are sold out! Please check back soon for our next Field-to-Feast demonstration dinner.

The Rushton Conservation Center’s demonstration kitchen is reopening and we couldn’t be more excited!

Explore the bounty of Rushton Farm and welcome summer with our field-to-feast dinner featuring Chef Donna Laveran. We invite you to join us in touring Rushton Farm, where we will discuss the importance of regenerative farming and then return to the demonstration kitchen for a three-course dinner prepared with Rushton produce by Chef Donna. We will meet at the Rushton Conservation Center, then tour the farm. Please wear appropriate attire for a walk outdoors.

MENU

-Grilled country bread with ricotta and wilted sweet and sour kale
-Little Gem lettuce with spring onions, turnips, kohlrabi dressed with lemon poppyseed cream
-Parchment-baked Mediterranean salmon with potatoes, zucchini and olives

DETAILS

This dinner is BYOB. Due to our small class sizes and field-to-feast format, we may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

As we transition back to indoor programs and events, we want our guests to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Registration for this program is limited to 12 people, and you will be seated at our demonstration kitchen’s bar, not at individual tables. We intend to provide a bit of distance between groups, but if you would feel more comfortable seated at an individual table for the meal, we are able to accommodate this request with notice (please email events@wctrust.org for all requests).

If you are fully vaccinated, masks will not be required indoors. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home. Thank you for helping us keep the community safe!
