Sold Out! Field to Feast Dinner: Featuring Malvern Buttery

Our friends at Malvern Buttery are returning to Rushton Farm and the Rushton Conservation Center for a late summer harvest feast that you won’t want to miss! The evening will begin with a scenic walk through Rushton Farm as the sun sets, after which we’ll return to the Rushton Conservation Center for a farm-fresh dinner featuring local and fresh ingredients, including produce straight from the fields of Rushton Farm.

MENU

Welcome appetizer: local cheese and charcuterie board

Welcome cocktail: seasonally inspired beverage (that can be made into a mocktail, too!)

First course: farm fresh beet salad with goat cheese

Second course: seared day boat scallops from our friends in New Jersey, local corn puree, summer squash gratin

Third course: seasonally inspired dessert

 
DETAILS

– This will be an intimate dining experience around two community tables overlooking the farm.

– Please wear comfortable attire for a stroll through Rushton Farm’s fields.
