Jr. Birding – Wildflowers, Watercolor, and Pollinators

Explore the spectacular wildflower meadow at the Trust’s headquarters on Providence Road, learn about Monarch butterflies and the importance of native plants for pollinators, and paint with watercolors in the fresh air! Membership is $25/family for the year. Non-members pay on a per-program basis ($5 per child). Looking to get your hands dirty and learn about sustainable agriculture? Every Wednesday during the growing season at Rushton Farm our farmers will put you to work at our unique farm where food is grown in a mutually beneficial relationship with the surrounding ecosystem. Located within the larger Rushton Woods Preserve, our unique farm is buzzing with wildlife. No need to call or email - just show up any time between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
